How to Keep World Peace and Your Peace of Mind

By: Christina Sponias

You need a guide to learn how to translate dream symbols into words that you can understand. However, this is a knowledge you will have for life. Your dreams are produced as long as you live and they work like psychotherapy for you from the wise unconscious that is responsible not only for the dreams but it also regulates the functioning of your body. This is a superior mind that constantly tries to help you-this is why you must learn how to decipher its messages.

They are mysterious because your anti-conscience would be able to understand them if they were comprehensible for your conscience and thus, the anti-conscience would distort them and you would have no protection against craziness.

You need these messages to find peace in life because you are crazy from birth, since the anti-conscience that is totally absurd is inherent you and in all of us and it influences you all the time.

I continued Carl Jung’s research in the unknown region of the psyche through dream interpretation from where he abandoned it and saw the anti-conscience that causes all mental illnesses to the human being.

The unique solution we have is to prevent craziness and save the new generations. Secondly, we must urgently save our population that is suffering in despair without knowing what to do, by curing their psyche with dedication and patience, indispensable when we face the worse mental illnesses like schizophrenia and psychosis.

The existence of such a violent conscience inside our psyche could only provoke many damages to our psyche and life since it influences our behaviour and it has a magnetic power: it attracts what is bad.

This is a tragic reality, but it was finally discovered by the human being and now one can finally put an end to terrorism, wars, violence, immorality and all the horrors of one’s life thanks to the comprehension one experiences through the psychotherapy that is indispensable for learning how to be peaceful by taming the anti-conscience.

We also have to completely develop our personalities and capacities, so that we may become geniuses instead of using only a tiny fraction of our intelligence as we do from birth. We may also transform this world into a paradise for everyone, instead of suffering because of poverty, wars, crimes, etc. and living in fear of everyone.

Inner Peace Leads to World Peace

Author: Rita Desnoyers-Garcia

We all say that we want peace on this planet. And most of us are sincere in this regard, but why is it so out of our reach? Activists with whom I have spoken ponder, if not struggle with, this question and still reach outside themselves for the answers. We need different systems of governments, more equal distribution of resources, more long-term vision, more humane thinking. All of this is part of the answer, but the bigger solution is missed.

In order to have world peace, we need to look inside ourselves, each one of us, and uncover our inner peace. If each of us took the time to stop acting and doing and searching from the outside, we could focus even for a few moments on the inside. Most of us are terrified to do just that. In my opinion, and I am not alone on this one, it is because we are experiencing everything but peace inside.

The mainstream has been exposed to meditation and yoga. Even mindfulness in each moment is getting popular. There is a growing minority of people who are practicing these avenues to our inner Life, but the vast majority are not. There is a reason why I hear from so many mothers who are consciously on a spiritual journey, but procrastinate with being still. It is a painful reminder of how anxious and crazy they feel. The good news is that even if they say that they are anxious or even crazy or enraged, but it is really how they feel, not who they are.

This avoidance to feeling the pain of our minds causes us to keep moving, keep busy, keep doing. It is the hope that by doing more, thinking more, or acquiring more, we will feel better. Or in a deeper sense, we will be better. We will feel that we are enough, because all this anxiety usually has to do with the belief that we need to do more to be enough. Of course, this never happens. We have temporary victories and rest, but then we are back in the salt mines- doing, doing, doing, worrying, worrying, worrying.

The truth is that we are enough. Each one of us is enough, is peace, is love, is abundance. However, we forget how to access that truth. We can understand it intellectually, but until we experience it, it does not mean much.

So, where is all the peace and how do we get to it? There are a lot of ways. Being still is a big one. Yes, you will feel anxiety at times, if not all the time. Be still anyway- avoiding it will not make it go away. Experiencing the depth of it. Observing it is a powerful way to separate yourself from the feeling. You are having a feeling. You are not the feeling. That bears repeating. You are not the feeling. It will take time, probably more than you would like, but with time and practice and tenacious observation, the feeling will lose power over you. Guided meditations are also a great way to start the meditation process- they are tools to help you become relaxed and visualize states of being that you want to experience more often. I use my own with the mothers with whom I work, but you can find guided meditations, often for free, on line.

Yoga is a wonderful way to be meditative, relax and strengthen the body at the same time. Being in the moment or in the NOW, as Eckhart Tolle describes in The Power of Now, is an incredible practice that you can incorporate throughout your whole day. Take a task that you do regularly, and do not hate. Instead of doing it to get it done and while letting your mind run it rants, be totally in the moment with the task. If you are washing dishes, be focused on that and everything that goes with it. Experience the water on your hands. Is it warm or cold? Observe how you scrub the dish, rinse the glass, use a cloth. Feel all the sensations of the task. That, in itself, is a meditation.

As you practice and observe, you see the anxiety and start to see it for what is really is. It is a feeling you have developed over time because you have swallowed the belief that you are not enough. Then you begin to question this belief and separate yourself from it. Eventually you will create new beliefs that are truer to who you really are. Peace, love, abundance and so much more.

Still not convinced that you have peace under all that anxiety? Here’s another strategy taken from many teachers, most recently from Neale Donald Walsch, author of the Conversations with God series. Experience peace in your life by helping someone experience peace. By being a source of peace for someone else, you automatically access the peace that already exists inside you. In order to give it, you need to have it, right? So, to create that energy, you become it for someone else.

OK, so how does this inner life stuff affect our planet and all its craziness? The planet is in crisis because we are in crisis and acting in crazy ways. When you experience the inner peace that is under the craziness, you perceive your life differently. You actually project a different energy (yes, we are energy! But that’s a whole separate discussion.) You attract more peace to you and you act in peaceful ways. You look for peaceful interactions and solutions. You are peace. You will experience your life as peaceful before there is global peace. When enough people do that, there is a tipping point where peace emerges more and more.

The Rational for Establishing World Peace

Author: Brian Ankner

We can logically assume that World Peace is something that 99.9% of the 6.5 billion People in this world would want and support if there was a way to achieve that World Peace that was practical, logical, morally right, non-violent and serves the good of All People and their governmental structures equally.

Achieving World Peace would be nothing more then civilizing this world by establishing a system of international law and order. Lets face it; we cannot realistically expect to live in a peaceful world until it becomes a civilized world.

A civilized world would be one that functions within a system of International Law and Order that provides guidelines for how all governmental structures and others including religions and corporate structures operate within that international system. A civilized world would be a world that holds the value of all human life up to the highest of standards and would have the means and legal authority to prosecute anyone that took a human life for any reason.

By no means does a civilized world create a perfect world, but living in a civilized world that is functioning within a system of international law and order would be more natural, peaceful, and humane way to exist for All People and their governments.

Civilizing is something the human race has instinctively done since the beginning of time because The People have always understood that if they were going to live together there was going to have be some rules to live by.

Today, all societies have functioning systems of law and order from the local, state, and federal levels and have systems of government to enforce the laws and maintain the civil order. There would be no need for governmental structures if The People choose not to live in civilized systems.

The big problem the world faces today is the fact that it has evolved to a multicultural globalized society that does not function in a totally civilized manner. To correct that problem, it is essential that a system of international or global law and order be established that sets the guidelines for how our governmental structures or other structures that operate on an international level function, therefore, the human race has one more civilizing job to do before it can be totally civilized and peaceful.

The natural instinct to survive in a peaceful manner is the main reason humans have developed the theories of being civilized.

What you are witnessing in the world today in regard to all of the dissention and anger by The People all over this world that is directed towards those who cause the wars, atrocities, death, destruction, and violence in this world is the natural human response to the uncivilized acts carried out by uncivilized governmental, religious, and corporate structures or individuals that threaten the natural human desire of All People to survive in a peaceful and civilized manner.

This worldwide outrage by The People will continue to grow until The People find a way to institute a system of international law and order that civilizes this world. This worldwide outrage that The People are feeling is a natural part of the normal evolutionary process, which is making The People all over this world become more and more aware that the present dysfunctional and unregulated system of global order does not work, and changes are needed.

Achieving World Peace is Utterly Simple

Author: Jarett Sabirsh

The truth is the answer to every problem that ever has and ever will exist, and if we look at the state of the world today, it’s pretty obvious that we are quite unaware of what the truth actually is. Why is it that we’re so unaware of the truth? Because we don’t want it, we think we already know it, or as a certain spiritual teacher points out, that “the design of the human mind renders it intrinsically incapable of being able to tell truth from falsehood.”

It’s no wonder we have so many problems in the world despite all of our efforts to do what we think and believe is best.

What we think and believe in our minds determines our actions, and so, the state of the world, and it’s problems, are a perfect reflection of the thought processes of the people that inhabit it. The world’s problems cannot be solved by trying to fix the mere results, symptoms, outcomes and effects of our thought processes. It’s the thought processes themselves that must be changed.

In other words, every individual has to change oneself in order to change the world. Rather than thinking that others need to change themselves to suit your opinions, you must change yourself, that attitude, and those opinions. World peace cannot be forced upon anyone because force only creates more conflict. World peace can only possibly happen when every individual is at peace within their own mind.

Conflict in the mind creates conflict in the world. Peace of mind creates peace in the world, and it all starts with you. If you’re not at complete peace in this very moment, and every other moment, it’s because of the thought processes, perceptions, opinions, beliefs, emotions, neediness, and attachments that are standing in the way, in this very moment, and every other moment. If you want complete peace for yourself, or for the rest of the world, simply let go of those thoughts and emotions, in this very moment, and every other moment. It’s no more complicated than that, even if your mind wants to think otherwise.

The way to total world peace is utterly simple, but that doesn’t mean it’s easy to do. Changing the brain’s cellular neural network of perpetual ingrained perceptions, opinions, and thought processes is often not a simple task. Especially when everybody around us is still completely oblivious, unaware, and ignorant of the countless negativities that they’re perpetuating in the form of their physical actions, the words they speak, and the way they think. People love activities of selfish indulgence, and they refuse to give them up for the sake of others, for the larger whole of society, and for world peace.

Change the world by changing yourself. Lead by example, despite the unawareness of others. Be peace, love, forgiveness, acceptance, respect, non-violence, kindness, and compassion yourself. There is nothing else to do. This is the only purpose you need to fulfill while here on this planet. If you can overcome yourself, what else is there to do?

I’ve done all I can do for you. Everything I do is done for you, the all, and life supports me automatically as a result. I’ve changed myself, and my teachings reflect that. But nobody will ever find these teachings unless they give up their own self indulgence and seek them out.

How the Power of the People Can Affect World Peace

Author: Brian Ankner

It seems that many people are convinced that the rich and powerful have enough money to run our country.

The truth is, nothing ( including our politicians, governments, religions, corporations and businesses) can survive without the constant flow of money and labor provided by the masses of people.

Therefore, the people are the real power in this world when they function as a collective group because they can control the flow of money.

In regards to building the foundation for World Peace through the establishment of a system of International Law and Order, which would be based on Human Rights, the people working together as a collective group have the voting power and spending power to achieve World Peace simply by not voting for any politician or doing business with any business that does not publicly support the plan for World Peace, which we are providing and now pursuing.

What would happen to any politician running for office if they were approached about supporting the plan for World Peace?

Who would vote for a politician who is against World Peace, against their country being peaceful and civilized, against providing safety and increased survivability for the citizens, against securing the sovereingty of his country, against Human Rights, against freedom and democratic choice, or against the government functioning within a system of international law and order.

Would any person willingly do business with any corporation or business that did want this world to be peaceful and civilized under a plan for World Peace.

The people become very powerful when they speak as a collective group on issues, such as World Peace, Human Rights, democracy and democratic choice, and Law and Order because there is only one way to answer questions about those issues.

Politicians follow the popular issues as do businesses and making World Peace the popular issue will make our politicians and corporate leaders respond to the people on the World Peace issue, and what do you think they will say?

The people become the power when they unite for one goal that serves the good of all people.

The people always win when they unite their power for logically and morally right and just causes that serves the good of all people because they can always find ways to stop supporting any politician or corporation that attempts to stop them from achieving their goals.
